RETURNS

For online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the item within a further 14 days.

Items must be returned:

1. In their original condition.

2. Unworn and undamaged.

3. With all original packaging and documentation.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

1. Rings that have been resized at the customer's request.

2. Bespoke, customised, altered, or personalised jewellery.

3. Repair, restoration, or alteration services that have already been completed.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or differs significantly from its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund.

REFUNDS

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service when returning jewellery. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

 

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
