We endeavour to describe all items accurately and provide photographs that fairly represent each piece. However, colours, dimensions, and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and individual perception. Measurements and weights are approximate unless otherwise specified.

Ring Resizing and Jewellery Alterations

Ring resizing, repairs, and alteration services are undertaken at the customer's request and risk. While all reasonable care and professional skill will be exercised, certain jewellery items, gemstones, settings, antique pieces, and previously repaired items may carry an increased risk of damage during resizing, repair, cleaning, or restoration processes.

By instructing us to carry out resizing, repair, or alteration work, you acknowledge and accept that:

1. Certain risks are inherent in working with vintage, antique, delicate, or previously repaired jewellery.

2. We cannot guarantee that existing flaws, weaknesses, or previous repairs will withstand alteration processes.

3. We shall not be liable for damage resulting from undisclosed defects, hidden structural weaknesses, prior repairs, or normal wear and tear that becomes apparent during the course of work.

4. Resized, altered, bespoke, or customised items may not be eligible for return or refund except where required by applicable consumer law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website, the purchase of products, or the provision of resizing, repair, or alteration services shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the relevant item or service.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
